Yesterday in Ukraine, at least 14 people were killed, and more than a dozen others seriously injured, when a Russian jet-powered drone struck a crowded platform at the main railway station in Dnipro in what was an obviously targeted attack on civilians.
In a statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said:
“ . . . the Russians used a drone to attack a platform where a regular commuter train and a regular passenger train were standing.” [Tom McArthur, BBC, October 29, 2026.]

And elsewhere in Ukraine on Thursday:
Two 15-year-old girls were killed in a Russian missile attack on the center of Chernihiv. At least 25 others, including four children, were injured. [Id.]

And in Kremenchuk, in the Poltava region, three people were killed and 28 injured when drones struck residential buildings and a school.

But Russia doesn’t target civilians. If you don’t believe me, just ask this guy:

Just sayin’ . . .
