6/10/26: Quote of the Day: On Freedom

There are probably as many definitions of freedom as there are philosophers, writers, and other “experts” combined.

But on the subject of the preservation of freedom, perhaps one of America’s founding fathers said it best:

“They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
