In a week with no new hostage information, I’m never sure whether to think of it as good news — because there have been no recent arrests reported — or bad news, because none of the current prisoners have been released.

I’d like to think that the good news at least partially offsets the bad. But for those political prisoners still incarcerated in Russian and other prison camps, it’s just another week in hell.
