Time for an update of my blog Pages.

It’s been a crazy . . . no, an insane . . . year. Not for me personally, but for the world. And it has changed my focus, or at least caused me to divide it between my lifelong interest in world events and something I had long avoided discussing: U.S. politics.

Because, since our last election in November 2024, everything has changed, but not for the better. And since what happens in America doesn’t stay in America, but affects the entire world, I can no longer pretend to be above the fray.

Therefore, I have added my voice to those of the millions of other determined Americans who refuse to see democracy go down without a fight. And I invite my like-minded readers to join me — because it is only in unity that we will prevail.

Thanks for sticking with me . . . and here’s to a brighter year to come.
